The Timeline.

Just to prove that we are completely obsessed with the minutest detail of the Bath experience, here are the times - to the nearest minute - of the performances of all the bands who appeared at the festival. Many thanks to Graham Broughton who complied the list by listening closely to all the tapes for references to the time (there are a lot of them surprisingly ) , making some guesses, as well as reading all of the available literature . Chris Dawson has also confirmed that Formerley Fat Harry began the proceedings ,although his notes do not always coincide with press accounts and times heard from onstage or on tape.

On the left is the intended timeline from the official programme. It would be quite amusing to see just how the entire schedule was destroyed by the huge traffic queues and rain if we hadn't have had to wait all those hours for bands to perform and - even worse - having to miss some of the best acts due to fatigue .
