Clacton On Sea . Essex.
August 27th-29th 1971.

  Weeley program.

Barclay James Harvest .

BARCLAY JAMES HARVEST are going to make one big impression . . . backed up by a 36-piece symphony orchestra they can't help it. But it's not only in terms of manpower that they are expected to be impressive. The lineup is Stuart (Wooly) Wolstenholme, lead vocals, guitar, piano, organ, harmonica and banJo; Melvin Pritchard, drums; Les Holroyd, various instruments including bass guitar, cello, mollotron, organ and lead guitar; John Lees, vocals and lead guitar. They have played with the orchestra at different strengths -at the Albert Hall , in Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh, have had a session in Switzerland with the Berne Symphony Orchestra and look forward to involvement in America with the Boston Pops Orchestra (recording an L.P.) and next year are set for appearances at the Manchester and London "Proms"

Al Stewart.

No information was given in the program, although Stewart was quite well known by this date in his career, although I believe he was yet to have a major hit .
